That is the job of the Legislative Branch. The Supreme Court gives rulings and decides cases between the Plaintiff and Accused. They only effect those 2 parties. If your State is not mentioned within the Plaintiff or Accused, then the ruling does not pertain to your State.... DC vs. Heller only effected the District of Columbia... States have a right not to acknowledge rulings of the Supreme Court. It is just a ruling and not LAW!!! I am not sure you are fully aware of the country in which you live. Has anything that has transpired up to this point given you reason to believe that those "rules" will be followed? |
