They don't have to rejoin because nobody has actually left yet. It's not an overnight process. The EU have 2 years once article 50 is invoked to negotiate terms. There's plenty of time for another Scottish referendum and more negotiations.

The simple fact is they had a their vote and decided to stay,the UK which they are part of decided to leave the EU.
These idiots are saying the democratic process dont apply to Scotland untill they gain the vote that THEY would like.
Since Scotland has a worse gdp than Greece i cant see the EU wanting them let alone the whole "no coming back" statement already released yesterday.
