It is not hard to understand. If a man or woman works hard to benefit you in a way you can not because they worked hard to have knowledge you don't then you owe a service or a debt. They learned those skills you needed that they have that you do not and it should be respected. Debt is a way to respect a service in a way greater than lip service, which anyone can and will fake.
