Their need to hold it together is greater than their need to punch England. Only when at least one more major player bails on the EU will you see true doom. Most charts online are time delayed 15 minutes. Investing is somewhat real-time so it will show results much faster than some.

Investing.com is the only site I know that has more or less real-time movement. Marketwatch for instance is delayed.

I'm not sure why everyone is so concerned about the Nikkei - it is so manipulated it makes the NYSE look legit (central banks owns a position in 90% of the stocks on that market). I think the real action will be in europe overnight. I think Asia will just sit around being nervous until the opening of the first european markets. Just my opinion

Reality, Japan Central Bank print fiat-money out of thin air, and buy Japanese stocks like a crazy.

Thats why Nikkei is up.

It is obvious why Japan is trading up. People are in flight to safety, I doubt you could sink the yen or the Japanese stock market with any news right now. Japan is probably the second most stable investment nation right now. This is bad news for Europe, this means the Flight to Safety has begun.

Guys the US and European futures markets are all low liquidity thinly traded markets during ASPAC trading hours. This is why indexes see huge swings up or down during these hours.

The old saying was the sun never sits on the British empire, not the EU. The UK will thrive once article 50 is completed.

More importantly, one day, you'll get it wrong.
