"Leonardo DiCaprio is hosting yet another big bash in St Tropez to raise funds to support environmental awareness and research for climate change, conservation and preservation grants. And on Monday details were released about the third annual fete. The party will take place on July 20 and guests should include Kate Hudson and Charlize Theron, among others.

Also expected are foundation board members and event co-chairs Cate Blanchett, Marion Cotillard, Penélope Cruz, Robert De Niro, Jonah Hill, Scarlett Johansson, Tobey Maguire, Edward Norton, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Kevin Spacey.

Performers include The Weeknd and Lana del Rey, with special guest Andrea Bocelli.

The Titanic star launched his foundation in 1998 with a mission to protect 'the world's last wild places.' To date the LDF has awarded $45 million in grants and has supported 70 organizations worldwide."
