Had a cat that used to unroll entire rolls of TP then drag it all over the house shredding it as it went. Even switching it so the paper pulled from underneath instead of over the top didn't help. Demonic little fucker.

This happened to me, cat flooded the kitchen when I was trying to sell my house.

This is why you need ROUND knobs on faucets and doors...not the state mandated communist inclusionary lever knobs.

I can't leave Brillo pads out in the open or else I will find them strewn around the house. And toilet paper cannot be on the roll else it was put there just as a shred toy.

But I love the worthless felines anyway!!

Serves them right! Maybe next time the staff will think twice about leaving a group of cats alone for 17 hours without fresh food and fresh kitty litter...You can't run a cat shelter the same half azzed way you run a dog pound...Cats have higher standards and more smarts!

My late cat always expected a clean litterbox...She toilet trained herself when I tried turning the litterbox cleaning job over to my children...that cat always remembered to flush.

I had a cat that did that to drink the water out of the faucet. She never shut it though!

No they are not, they are fascinating and each is unique. Some are aloof and independent, some shy, some are funny as hell, some follow you around like a dog and some like to cuddle.
I had one that would steal the shiny jewelry right off your dresser and hide it under the bed. We couldn't figure out why stuff was missing until one day I walked in the bedroom and caught him with the jewels in the mouth. I screamed his name and he shot off under the bed with the booty. We had a good laugh.
My daughter had a cat they named Socks. A baby entered the picture later in the year. Well my poor granddaughter never seemed to be able to have a matching pair of socks. I asked my daughter where are all of her socks? She didn't know until she moved the couch one day to clean. Socks had a sock fetish and my daughter just discovered his stash. All the missing socks were under the couch.
