Anyone in the DFW area been by the Carrollton water plant? I drive by it every day and a funny thing started happening with the I35 road expansion. A 4 lane bridge is being completed and guess where it leads? Straight to the water plant. This is a new road, there has never been a bridge before and there are no roads on either side leading to the bridge. Freaks the shit out of me that there may be someting to this.

I agree, I found the same spot. You can see the piers for a new bridge "in the middle of nowhere" but it looks like just a new ramp from Bush Expressway to Dickerson Parkway. There's no exit for Dickerson from that Expressway. And to add, I don't think he's full of shit, that bridge certainly looks like it goes to nowhere if you're on I35.
