I don't know about fema camps and frankly don't care. If they are there, I'll never go to one, but I have read this army manual. They can say it's about dealing in foreign countries all they want. When it tells soldiers about getting information from "refuges" and it list a place to put their social security number. Only one group of people have social security numbers.

No fear the government is to disfunctionail and will be to broke to effectively use them. They might be able to use some disposing body's for cremations to keep corps disease from piling up.
