I have had the same thing for years. No meds for me no thanks! Its the same for me as it is for you. Its a real pain in the butt. Saint Johns wort will take the bite off when it gets really bad . I also do agree with the low Magnesium..epsom salt bath will fix that. So sorry I know just how you feel. xoxox
