Sounds like you need to workout, take vitamins, and stop trying to self diagnos some diesease

You are probs vitamin B and folic acid deficient.

How much alcohol do you drink a week?

OP start working out, do something that's easy and doable for you regularly.

Eat primarily fish or chicken, and for carbs only do complex carbs from veggies.

Take a good multivitamin.

Do the three for a month, and then if you still have problems, you can then further research.

Start using coconut oil in EVERYTHING. Studies are showing coconut oil is darn near miraculous in treating diabetes.

I would pray for you if I thought it would help you...

Thanks everyone! I am not taking any more artificial vitamins after I overdosed on vitamin D and calcium and felt terrible.

you need magnesium....(which regulates calcium you get in your diet....)

Suspicious enough, you would need an MRI to check for MS and a blood sugar level or at least a urine glucose level.
If you have diabetes you will have sugar in your urine, those test strips are pretty cheap.

Wow thank you! LDN sounds almost too good to be true. And it's good for the liver. It's the last thing I haven't tried, so I hope it works. Will order it.

I am an MD in the US, i have seen many MS diagnoses. I am operating under the hypothesis that "MS" is actually a STD, possibly a mutation of Syphilis.

Were you or your spouse promiscuous prior to your disease? Keep
in mind that MS could incubate for YEARS before symptoms present themselves..

Don't forget to completely ELIMINATE processed sugar and artificial sweeteners. Got a sweet tooth? Stevia!

Here's an all natural, low calorie, low carb, high nutrient density creamy chocolate "shake" recipe I have almost every night (in addition to raw juicing daily):

I use a Nutribullet to completely cream-ize the mix. If you do this right, it usually comes out exactly like a Wendy's Frosty, but is all natural and 100% nutritious.

1. Half-fill the cup with frozen chopped veggies. I use mostly zucchini, cucumber, celery, and then some carrot.

2. Heaping Tblspoon(+/- to taste) cocoa/cacao powder.

3. One half (or whole) avocado (MOST IMPORTANT INGREDIENT for creaminess and smoothness, to taste)

4. Fill the cup to the fill line with water (I use raw juice for extra nutrients)

5. Stevia to taste, cinnamon, optional coconut oil.

6. Add anything else you might want, but it will begin to slightly alter texture....raw almonds, flaxseed, sunflowers, etc.

7. Blast on the Nutribullet, or blender, until desired smoothness.

8. ENJOY GUILT FREE!
