She's Not in the Clear - FBI Investigation in Clinton Foundation Still Ongoing - Chaffetz drops a hint RE: Comey

I saw a video earlier today on youtube of Rep. Chaffetz saying that he asked Comey about the investigation into the Clinton Foundation and he said Comey replied that he couldn't say anything about that 'yet'. Later Chaffetz rephrased what he said earlier as 'Comey just said he couldn't say say anything at this time'.

I can't find this video now and I really did try to search for it. I think it got pulled. This is something important to keep in mind. What if that's where the real action is and they threw this out today to throw her off balance as they proceed with the public corruption investigation?
