Strange, as someone that's served and taken several advanced combat training courses I can without a doubt say that this was very tactical.

The shooter's foot work speaks volumes, along with him using surpressive fire to close distance between him and his victim.

Now if you want to say this isn't a conspiracy, that's fine I actually agree with that, but to say this guy did not have some kind of military/police training is fucking retarded, the video speaks.

He is dressed to camouflage himself against that building- his pants look like the white of the concrete, and when he is in front of those windows, with that dark jacket, he blends in very well.

I find it hard to believe that is a coincidence.

Out of the thousands of shootings that take place every year, do you have any sources that point to any of the shooters learning urban ops through youtube tutorials? Just one single case out of the thousands?

I suspect the guy probably has extensive firearm experience and probably 'practiced' for this event. But I doubt he was former law enforcement or military with tactical training. One doesn't have to be former LEO or military to be proficient with a firearm when under pressure. If he knew how to handle the weapon, was determined, and wasn't afraid to die, that's all he needed to do what he did.
