Well the shooter first shoots on one side of the pillar so the officer moves to the other side, then he shoots quickly on the other side of the pillar where the officer has moved because of the first shoot.

It's at least very coldblooded and tactical move;but it is professional in military/combat style way? The shooter puts himself in great danger in such a close contact.
