How would she have gone about getting SAP - Special Access Programs - info from a secured server onto hers? THAT is a big problem

There is no way to get SAR/SAP information from JWICS onto a personal server without consciously breaking several federal laws. Period. How did that information get to her server? Was the screen photographed with a smartphone, then OCR'd, then emailed to her? Was there a special network link to her felonious server? Any way you cut this, people got off Scott-free when they should be in jail, awaiting trial. My guess? Hitlery trafficked in HUMINT to get foreign contribution$ to her criminal foundation. We used to call that treason.
