2011 Clinton Hailed as "Obama's Tech Hero" vs. 2016 Clinton "too stupid to understand tech," so no prosecution.
FBI Director James Comey this week said Mrs. Clinton and her aides were “extremely careless” with classified information, and he said she should have known better.

But he said "she was so unsophisticated in her understanding of both technology and classification that he couldn’t prove she intended to break the law."

"OBAMA'S UNSUNG TECH HERO: HILLARY CLINTON"
"The Secret Hero"

The most surprising and impressive successes on technology policy in this administration have come from perhaps the agency and the woman least expected to deliver them - the State Department and Hillary Clinton. In 2008, she was supposedly techno-challenged and out of touch ... a creature of the 90s ... a luddite who ignored Silicon Valley in the campaign and didn't quite understand the Internet era. Remember that woman? (Remember 2008?)

Today, in 2011, I'm giving Secretary Hillary Clinton the nod as the Obama Administration's improbable MVP in the technology realm. While she has not magically downloaded world peace on every nation's hard drive, she has been the smartest, most aggressive, and most successful senior member of the Obama Administration to attempt to harness all things digital to serve her department's wide-ranging agenda. For that alone, she deserves credit.

She has initiated several innovative technology-based diplomacy and development efforts as a means of re-imagining power relationships in a networked world, under the umbrella of a State-Department marketing slogan--"21st Century Statecraft." So, while I have often noted Administration short-comings (especially at the FCC), here I can give credit where due.

From where I sit, it appears the State Department has become a hub of technology activity. The Department has been dreaming up imaginative ways to use technology and actually implementing them in particular communities, for the benefit of particular people, in ways that further American diplomatic and development goals.

Meet Hillary Clinton 2.0—the tech-friendly, Web-savvy version of the former candidate and New York senator who's pushing what insiders call 21st-century statecraft: enhancing diplomacy through technology.

FBI Data Dump Shows Clinton is Criminal and Clueless
Hillary is either dishonest or dumb—there is no third choice

It beggars belief that Hillary Clinton is really as clueless as she came across in her interview with the FBI. I’ve given classified briefings to cabinet officials. None of them were ever this out of it. Perhaps, accompanied by her lawyers, the Democratic nominee decided to play dumb to dodge possible prosecution. If that’s the case, Hillary repeatedly flat-out lied to the FBI—which, yet again, is something normal Americans go to prison for doing.

If Hillary actually is as dumb as she appears in these FBI documents—utterly clueless about basic classification matters even after years of Federal service at the highest levels—she is nowhere near smart enough to be our commander-in-chief.

In my time with NSA I worked in counterintelligence and I investigated people who mishandled classified information. It was rarely a pretty story and it seldom ended well. Let me state with 100 percent confidence, having now seen at least some of what the FBI discovered about Hillary and her emails, that anybody not named Clinton who did these things would be facing severe criminal charges and potentially years in prison. Democrats need to seriously ask themselves if this is the kind of person they want to represent them on November 8.

John Schindler is a security expert and former National Security Agency analyst and counterintelligence officer. A specialist in espionage and terrorism, he’s also been a Navy officer and a War College professor. He’s published four books and is on Twitter at @20committee.

Well, she can't help it.

She gave herself a hematoma of the head bone.

Sometimes she can remember stuff and sometimes, she can't.

It's not her fault if most of the stuff she forgets is very important top secret gov't stuff and/or criminal activities.

It also isn't her fault that people die like suicidal flies around her.

To me it looks like Comey just walked them by the hand all the way to their final destination.
They either gambled that after that kind of openly exposed information that Comey stated, they could bide time to worm their way out of it, or obstruct things long enough to remove all that could gain their evidences.

How could they have thought either direction of this gamble could have worked, with Comey walking with them all the way to where ever they go?
If they tried to take Comey out, that would have been immediate hell fire and damnation upon them.

If they tried to shake him off, Comey would just clarify again that exposed statement that he stated and was recorded while spoken live streamed.

He never said what he stated was wrong or he was wrong for stating it.
It was biding time I think on a railroad track, with two rails running side by side.
Them on one rail Comey on the other rail and both connected by their railroad ties.

I can not see it any other way.
Then it took time to allow the FBI to investigate it fully and to complete it.
While the outside ones involved handled the obstruction that was coming from the top of their own department.
The outside being the judicial side of things.

If it was me I would have just came clean from the get go.
They were doomed from the start of the server being known outside their working group.
