Three or more officers had their guns pointed at him. Even if he did produce a gun from his back, they would have had the time to shoot before he would have had the chance to fire it. Why even send to police school to learn tactics to de-escalate sitautions? Just hand any random guy a gun and tell him to walk around and stop crime. I wonder how many innocent sick people that get shot in the US? Diabetics with hypoglycemia often behaves like they are on drugs, not understanding a Word anyone says. Or what about people with neurological disorders that can not thorw themselves fast enough to the ground or put their hands in the air? FFS, they shot the guy one more (someone said they also shot him with a shotgun after the third round) time when he OBVIOUSLY did not pose any threat whatsoever, he was probably already dying on the ground! If these cops don't get what they deserve for this, it is game over. A drug addict/sucidal idiot or not, the last shot(s) was murder. exactly. If they were willing to shoot him the 3rd and 4th times when he posed no threat, then they were certainly prepared to shoot him the first 2 times when he posed no threat. |
