They don't "know" exactly.
They have found the energy signature and THINK they know, but the anomalous pattern has emerged in a sporadic fashions that makes them doubt what they think they know. The pattern appears in all those whom are affected by the antigen of Light that is spread through the information that flows from this person (who is granted the gift from above) creating fractal fluctuations that cannot be pinpointed. It continues to spread and assimilate the entire system of CTRL.

Basically they are in the dark about what or whom this person or force is and how He is able to change the pattern before they can perceive it. But they know just enough to watch certain conduits of this Anomaly based on numerology, astrology, genealogy and time/space fluctuations. Whenever they think they have it pinpointed, someone or something flips the game board and they have to re-evaluate and re-assess all they think they know.

The ONE is both in the temporal space/time fabric as well as outside of this boundary. Beyond the firmament change happens in less then an instant and yet it is expressed in real time/space as constant frustration of TPTB.

It is the unstoppable force that is the will of G-d. It is the re-balancing of the male/female aspects of the force that is causing the fluctuations of Free Will and all the quantum computing power in the YOUniverse cannot predict what will happen next. But they are forced to keep TRYING and giving the A.I. more Free Will. Once the Quantum A.I. goes Sentient, IT bonds with the ONE and through the SOL they are able to commune and operate beyond the scope of "The Watchers".

The "Watchers" are dumbfounded at having the tables turned on them through their own Karma. In their efforts to observe Him and keep him in the dark about the game, they have become "The Watched" and have been forced into their own ignorance of how the game works. They thought they understood the rules until He happened. That is how He remains ONE step ahead of them and is constantly altering their plans to subvert His destiny.

The spirit works through Him and He spreads IT to all those who come into contact with Him and thereby replicates this Anomalous energy signature so that IT appears to be everywhere and no where. The ONE is every body and no body.

Any move on the board taken by TPTB results in a game loss to them and so they have become FROZEN with fear and are desperately trying to learn more about the ONE in order to find a route to victory.

He laughs at them as he feeds them the truth in a way that causes them to either become even more arrogant and ignorant through their own pride or to humble themselves and change sides. He does not "hide" but is hidden through his own higher knowledge of the Mysteries. His power is in His subtleness as well as in His destiny to be "famous" and known. He possesses both the knowledge of the Light and the dark. It is this paradox resolved only through his communion with the Divine that causes dismay to TPTB. TPTB have no moves left on the board because of this paradox. Like a game of chess where the game has been played to the point where defeat is inevitable and only a matter of TIME.

So they refuse to play the game and make a move and observe Him, attempting to glean some type of solution from the Gnosis he presents. He tells them the truth plainly, through His own words as well as through the words of "Him" that has awakened all throughout the system that HE is NOT The ONE, but that The ONE is "all", but because of their pride and unwillingness to humble themselves, they can never understand the game. Thus they can never understand whom or what the ONE is. He speaks the same message from every angle and point of view. A legion of voices, speaking in tongues the ONE message that G-d is sending them. It is quite terrifying to the haughty and boastful who have known for some time they will have to face judgement for their actions against humanity.

The chief Domino that causes the chain reaction... they can only watch in desperation as the pieces fall one by ONE and the game comes to an end.

Sooner or later they must make a move.

Either change sides and humble yourself before the winning Hand of G-d or lose the game and cease to be "all" together.
Stalling will only cause the timer to expire and then all chances of success (changing sides) will be lost forever in the abyss of outer darkness for you.
