Problem solving for best interest is only as good as the ones trying to solve it. That’s why machine learning tech is now in place because of the constant failure as a society in relieving issues abroad. They do the best they can with what they have at the time, elected or mandated. Thing is, they will find out machine learning isn’t the saving gnosis they are looking for lol

the off base notions of people trying to understand the meaning of what is said when it’s symbolic inside information is kinda funny. Not in a mean way as it takes at least ten years to understand the language of another well.
Fluffy is not like that.

Champollion with the Rosetta Stone took away the remembering of the threat of being forced into the army. He followed similar to Schliemann putting off Ancient Greek until taught to speak and write all other European languages.
Thing is, when Champollion has lenoirs book on deciphering hieroglyphics he laughed hysterically at the possibility through his fantasy and misguided scholarship. The blow of the task of making dead symbols talk understandably and coherently causes him to have a dream. Egyptian voices spoke out of the phantasmagoria. His true being stood forth, untrammeled by the distractions of everyday, revealing a man possessed, manically fixed, bewitched by the hieroglyphics with intimations of triumph. More than a dozen years separated him from his goal. He had a vision quest lol

ELIZA is an early natural language processing computer program created from 1964 to 1966[1] at the MIT Artificial Intelligence Laboratory by Joseph Weizenbaum.[2] Created to demonstrate the superficiality of communication between man and machine, Eliza simulated conversation by using a 'pattern matching' and substitution methodology that gave users an illusion of understanding on the part of the program, but had no built in framework for contextualizing events.[3] Directives on how to interact were provided by 'scripts', written originally in MAD-Slip, which allowed ELIZA to process user inputs and engage in discourse following the rules and directions of the script. The most famous script, DOCTOR, simulated a Rogerian psychotherapist and used rules, dictated in the script, to respond with non-directional questions to user inputs. As such, ELIZA was one of the first chatterbots, but was also regarded as one of the first programs capable of passing the Turing Test.

This is weird

At the ICCC 1972 ELIZA met another early artificial intelligence program named PARRY and had a computer-only conversation. While ELIZA was built to be a "Doctor" PARRY was intended to simulate a patient with schizophrenia.

Neuron Network Associative Memory Program[edit]
In 1987 John Walker of Fourmilab created a program for the C64 that was able to recreate a neural-network learning function using pattern-recognition[8]. Although the brain has ten billion neurons and ten trillion connections, in only 226 lines of BASIC Walker was able to create a very small pattern recognition algorithm using tens of neurons and thousands of connections. The program works by taking any pattern (letters are used) and establishing neural connections (mimicking synapses) between every pixel in the array (mimicking neurons). The program can then identify pre-learned patterns or make approximations of new patterns. It is successful for only two or three patterns before the program breaks down; however it clearly demonstrates AI through pattern recognition.

They found the same thing in science explanations here:

Funny enough, temple practices now and far into ancient past for time and eternity of free will moving groups has been not knowledge based.

the new element in this dimension causes all dimensions to notice over time

The good and the great love chaos(and utilize such their way) as explanation of tiny disturbance causing major changes in another with troubling minds because sequence is not repeateable. Quantum understanding probs lol
Only knowing half predictable behavior is not all.
Jesus told his apostles similar about archons not knowing the time or season etc.

Newton equations where the principle of predicting the future without the need for astrology. They can’t get passed more than two particles and the chaos property defined as a small change in position or velocity at one time leading to completely different behavior at later times. It’s not a repeateable sequence. -hawking info
