Well, that is when most of the eye witnesses to Jesus walking on water left his ministry and never followed him again.

The actual folks who saw it with their own eyes.

Well reading John 6 in its entirety it is apparent that they left on their own freely.

If the eye witnesses to Jesus walking on water weren't impressed by that event why should anyone else be?

Or of course, the actual walking on water event was something else all together.

he should walk in front of her and not look back until they both had reached the upper world.

One of you stands, walks to the door, but doesn't turn back, even if their heart aches for just one more look, one more moment.
But you'll know that the not looking just means [SIGHS] I'll never forget you.

The ancient stories in America have an animal retrieving a bit of earth from the depths. A muskrat, turtle, or waterfowl, raven, or water beetle. When the world was nothing but water. Those that lived in the sky, the woman fell from heaven toward the abyss. Greeks say fire. Either way, the tales of creation say in all that great things take place when a power or spirit associated with the sky comes down to earth.

Goes with the dream.

Throughout the 1950s, the US, the Soviet Union, and others tested thermonuclear weapons in the Earth’s atmosphere. Those tests released vast quantities of radioactive material into the air and triggered fears that the nuclear reactions could ignite deuterium in the oceans, thereby destroying the planet in a catastrophic accidental fireball.

Atmospheric tests ended in 1980, when China finished its program, but the process has left a long-lasting nuclear signature on the planet. One of the most obvious signatures is cesium-137, a radioactive by-product of the fission of uranium-235.

My comment would be this, to show what spirit rested fully with him.

Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Gen 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Was reading about the Arawak recently.

"The Arawak themselves were quite peaceful people, but they did have to defend themselves from the Caribs who were cannibals.
Therefore the Arawak / Taino had some weapons which they used in defence.
They used the bow and arrow, and had developed some poisons for their arrow tips."

I'm not sure who all the eye witnesses were, but it was Peter whom walked on water till he started sinking, then Jesus recovered him. The disciples had already gone ahead so they would have only heard about it.

Weird..they thought he was a ghost and were frightened...

22 Immediately Jesus made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowd. 23 After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray.C)" style="font-size: 0.625em; line-height: 22px; vertical-align: top;"> Later that night, he was there alone,24 and the boat was already a considerable distance from land, buffeted by the waves because the wind was against it.

25 Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake. 26 When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost,”D)" style="font-size: 0.625em; line-height: 22px; vertical-align: top;"> they said, and cried out in fear.

27 But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage!E)" style="font-size: 0.625em; line-height: 22px; vertical-align: top;"> It is I. Don’t be afraid.”F)" style="font-size: 0.625em; line-height: 22px; vertical-align: top;">

28 “Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.”

29 “Come,” he said.

Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!”

31 Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,”G)" style="font-size: 0.625em; line-height: 22px; vertical-align: top;">he said, “why did you doubt?”

32 And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down. 33 Then those who were in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.”

Electricity is a most powerful force not fully known to modern science, yet used very much. The nervous, physical, and mental systems of man acting together are able to produce the same force exactly, and in a finer as well as subtler way and to as great a degree as the most powerful dynamo, so that the force might be used to kill, to alter, to move, or otherwise change any object or condition. This is the “vril” described by Bulwer Lytton in his Coming Race.
