Speaking of, interestingly milk is addictive naturally as it should be because it is what causes mammals to thrive when infants. It is the perfect arrangement because the mother is similar flesh and blood to cause the milks vibration to be compatible with the infant. Humans are the only mammals that can tolerate milk after weaning with exception of domestic animals.

Cow's milk has over 20 times more casein in it that cannot be utilized properly by humans. So it can cause a struggle with a mucus and acid-forming diet.

Pasteurized milk is dead product as it once was a live food.

Going on meat diet now, animals can sense death. That fear is carried in their nerves to every tissue in the system. It is said thoughts are real substantive things for man an animal and the fear remain as poisons in the cadaver of the beast. So when buying meat and eating it you not only take on the vibrations of death and tissue, but you take on the fear. The main liver part is the castor oil fomentation treatment.

This guy, Dr. Christopher, thought that mucus is the source of all polyps, tumors, cysts, allergies, disease, pain, and death.

The 3 day juice cleanse is the first step in his cleansing of mucus out of the body.

Says
"The natural eliminative channels are the lungs, the pores of the skin, the kidneys, and the bowels. Retaining body waste is much more damaging to our health than is generally suspected, and when we begin to cleanse it, we experience perceptible progress."

First thing in morning, drink 16 oz or more of prune juice.
"the purpose is not to empty the bowels, which will do anyways, but rather to draw into the intestines from every part of the body such toxic matter as may be there, and eliminate it through the bowels."

"take 1 or 2 tbspoons of olive oil 3 times a day, to aid in lubricating bile and liver ducts."

"To prevent dehydration, and to alkalinize the body as it cleanses, drink at least two quarts of fruit juices, preferably freshly made. You might choose apple, carrot, grape, citrus, tomato, etc. but for the one chosen, use it exclusively for the three days, and CHEW each mouthful thoroughly."

"If you live where citrus is grown, make a combination. Use 4-6 grapefruit, 2-3 lemons, and enough oranges to make two quarts. Dilute with 2 quarts of water, making one gallon. Proceed as below"

GRAPE JUICE
"Use unsweetened juice without additives or preservatives. Bottled juice is better than frozen, which often contains sugar and usually contains additives not listed on the label. The best juice would be homemade, unsweetened, but you can buy organic grape juice. Dilute half and half with water."

APPLE JUICE
"Use freshly pressed apple juice if available, from unsprayed apples. You can use bottled apple juice, if it contains no preservatives or chemicals of any kind. Do not use frozen juice, which can contain preservatives without being labelled."

"Drink on 8-ounce glassful, beginning half an hour after having taken the prune juice, being sure to swish or "chew" each mouthful thoroughly. This is very important, so that the juices can mix with the saliva for easy digestion. If you are hypoglycemic, "chewing" the juice will prevent an unpleasant sugar reaction. You can drink a glass of plain water, preferably distilled, a half an hour after that. Follow this with a glass of juice every thirty minutes or so, alternating with water every half hour, throughout the day. You can follow this outline, but take more or less as your case requires; it is a rule of thumb and not a specific rule. However, many people have followed it this way, with excellent results."

"Do not eat anything all day, although if very hungary towards the evening, take an apple if you are using apple juice, an orange with citrus, grapes with grape, carrot or celery with carrot juice, etc. Chew it thoroughly."

"As you detoxify, you may likely experience constipation. If you do, use more prune juice."

"Continue this program for three consecutive days. Approx. three gallons of toxic lymph will have been eliminated from the body and will have been replaced by three gallons of alkaline juices. As your system becomes more alkaline, you will experience healing of your particular complaints."

"On the fourth and subsequent days, begin taking vegetable juices and vegetables and fruit, preferably all raw. Also drink one or two glasses of fresh fruit or veg juices. For lunch, eat more fruit and one pint of fresh raw veg juices, thirty minutes before or after eating the fruit. CONTINUED FAST

Such a continued fast will greatly accelerate the cleansing and healing process."

CLEANSING SYMPTOMS
"As your body begins to cleanse, you will probably experience periodic aches and pains in the areas where the cleansing action is most acute and the wastage is loading the elimination system; there are times when you will feel very, very, rough! Do not panic on the days after cleansing or during your periods of healing."

"In fact, the cleansing action may produce all symptoms and effects of severe illness, but don't blame the temporary problem onto the cleansing. The Mucusless diet

"this mucusless diet removes constipating mucus (catarrh) from the tissues of the body from the heart to the bottom of the feet."

ITEMS TO ELIMINATE:
-no processed salt, do not add salt during cooking but after. Black pepper is good but when pepper is cooked in food, the molecular structure changes, so it becomes an inorganic irritant; high heat changes cayenne, black pepper, and spices from organic to inorganic.
-no eggs
-no sugar; can use molasses, honey, cane juice
-no meat
-no milk or dairy products
-no flour, it changes to a mucus-forming substance when heated.

SUPPLEMENTS AND HEALING AIDS

-cayenne; take 1tsp 3x a day. start gradually with 1/4tsp in a little cold water. Drink and follow with a glass of water.
-honeyand applecider vinegar; place 1 tsp of honey and 1 tblsp of undiluted apple-cider vin in warm water, so that the honey will liquify. Sip this amount 3x a day so that at the end of the day a total quanity of 3 tbs of vinegar are consumed. Only apple-cider vinegar, no other vinegars used.
-kelp; 2 or more kelp tablets a day is good or sprinkled on food. It helps build and strengthen the thyroid.
-molasses; 1tbs 3x a day
-wheatgerm oil; 1 tbs of good, fresh wheat germ oil 3x day

CORRECTIVE AIDS
"Castor oil fomentation. In order to get rid of hard mucus in the body, which may appear as cysts, tumors, polyps, use the following fomentation."

"Take a piece of flannel or baby's diaper and soak in castor oil, squeeze slightly so it won't drip much, then place over the entire frontal torso (neck to groin and side to side). Place a hot water bottle - over the castor oil application- over the liver area(the liver is on the right side just above the waist). If you use a heating pad, place a wet towel between it and the skin-but even then, a wet heat, such as the hot water bottle, is best. Leave this on for 90 minutes; the hot water bottle may have to be refilled with hot water several times, because it cools rapidly. The next three days, over the same area covered by the outing flannel and castor oil, massage in a circular motion toward the heart with olive oil for 5-10 minutes. This castor oil fomentation is excellent for any ailment where the liver is congested- and that can be with most of our illnesses. More than one family has used this fomentation, in connection with other therapies, to treat a child appendicitis. The seventh day is a day of rest, not only from the fomentation, but every part of the program, drinking only water the entire day-and every seventh day thereafter will be done the same way. On the eighth day then, begin again with the castor oil for three days and so forth, along with the mucusless diet, the herbs, etc, until healing is accomplished. In the use of the fomentation, the castor oil goes through the skin into the liver area and lymph glands and starts drawing out the poisons and flushing them out, while the olive oil goes in and heals and rebuilds new tissue. This procedure may have to be continued between 6 weeks to 6 months to properly clean up the system, depending on the case.

EXERCISE
"Everyone should do some jogging, which is bouncing motion. This improves circulation, tone organs, slough off dead cell accumulations faster.

DEEP BREATHING
"The main thing is deep breathing fresh air in through the nose and out through the mouth. Breath deeply enough that it actually hurts when you breathe. Do this morning and night, no less than 5-10 minutes, and this will start the day with pep and energy and finish the day with complete relaxation. Deep breathing gives 'breath of life' taking this breath to every cell in the body. Each cell will die unless it gets the breath of life. A person can live up to 110 days without food and 16 days without water, but only a few minutes without breathing."
