And people used to speak "Old English" which is a west Germanic language, have you learned German? You grammar Nazi's have a real tough time learning new languages because you are not very flexible, language constantly changes. Why is there a You're to begin with, have you asked yourself that? I hear you OP and your point is well taken by some of us. It's a lost cause though. For every one person that you might reach who would actually acknowledge and appreciate it, twenty others will treat you like crap for pointing out other people's errors. Your is a possessive pronoun and should be followed by a noun:

i have a belief that the young ppl here who cant spell simply dont need to . their language skills are sufficient to grease another 20 from their single mothers so why improve ?

Relax. It is GLP. We are not writing college papers. Many of us don't want to give away our situation as many of us have secretaries, and when we comment, we are just let our fingers type without the consideration to grammar. So take it easy. It you can get the gist, that is should be fine enough. Besides, writing well might make us too credible. We need to be careful or we might get caught as you never know who is observing you.

Little things never bother me much. People come here to relax. Most here are tired after working all day.

It's not like they are writing a formal letter to the President.

I don't let it bother me. It's just another challenge. I automatically assume I'm reading something from someone with lower intelligence if they can't get contractions right. So I find it harder to believe what they are saying.
