United States 07/27/2016 04:59 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Rocky Mount wants Pokemon Go to stay off city-owned property Rocky Mount says it's concerned that accidents could happen because of distracted gameplay. While the city says numerous accidents have happened across the country, so far Rocky Mount has not joined that list. The city says places like electrical substations, fire stations, wastewater treatment plants and other city-owned locations can be especially hazardous for distracted players.Rocky Mount is asking that about 134 city addresses be removed, including all city parks. Less then 50% [ link to www.witn.com] I can't imagine anyone going into a waste water management plant. This is just so bad, Why would Pokemon go do things like this??? Maybe someone wants access to these places for a reason and it has nothing to do with Pokemon go. Electrical substations??? I mean come on someone is doing this for another purpose. |

Whenever I run into something I turn the app on to see if anything is there. Ingress (like Pokemon app) has been running for years, I wonder if anything is captured on that. Still trying to figure out the Masonic Building next to one of our local water storage tanks..... |
