Noory totally checks out during most of his guest interviews. Nice guy, but boring as hell.

It should come as no surprise that both he and Jewlex Jewns have great radio voices. This is no accident. They're CIA.

Personally, I think Jones' voice is atrocious. It used to be fine, but over the years he developed the whole "I just swallowed a bucket of gravel" thing and it's nails on a chalkboard. Some even suspect that it's put on. No one's voice changes that drastically in just a few years, barring some major vocal damage/surgery.
