George may be a government operative. He pushes the government line; and, PUSHES RELIGION (which also part of the government's plank.).
Dig Art Bell up and put him back to work. George is either dumb or playing stupid. Art was an atheist, and as such, could push the outer edge of the envelope. George is too religious to push it. Never will. That is why he has no business with C2C.
