Just reading about that now. Wow. Time to scrap the entire 737-800 model. Max or not.

They are saying “technical issues”; probably so people won’t think it’s anything to do with the U.S.-Iran tensions since it flew out of Tehran airport.

I flew Lufthansa into & out of Tehran on an A330, I think it was.
