"If these comet clusters remain potent weather changers, the odds are that that a significant event will occur before the close of 2017. The B-swarm appears to have been identified and is expected to pass between end of 2015 and the beginning of 2018. It will threaten Earth ~ 7 Sep. 2016 or 2017 +/- 6 days. Thus, the bias on the error values is 24 years. There still remains a +/- 3 year uncertainty in the intra-ice core data and a 2.3 year error from the size of the comet swarm leaving a net error of +/- 4 years."
