What the Judge should have done was to tell Glen that either he produces bona fide witnesses IN court, to back-up his PUBLIC accusations/claims, or the Judge would/will rule in favor of the person claiming Glen defamed them. You don't make defaming or potentially defaming PUBLIC accusations about ANYONE, without having the proper PROOF readily available, to back-up your PUBLIC accusations/claims. PLAIN-and-SIMPLE! It sounds like Glen is FUCKED!  Ribbit
