Of course... I'm just the seeker of the truth-- even if that hurts! LOL In this case Beck may be in trouble over the 212 3B comments, but there is a LOT that remains unanswered regarding this issue. I do recall drudge ran with these headlines as well, so its not like Beck and the Blaze was the only ones promoting this line of thought.

It was widely reported that he was questioned and looked at closely... and CLEARED. It was Beck who insisted that he was really involved and he only doubled down from there. Beck did NOT break this story... The truth may be that he simply read Drudge, or Breitbart or Infowars... and then took it a step further and tried to get credibility by claiming he had his own secret sources. Maybe he wanted everyone to think he had some special connection to the government and the investigation and was getting inside information. Then, the guy was cleared, and Beck was screwed... So he acts like he is a Journalist and hides behind the constitution... not because he has any real convictions about it, but because he wants to save face. The Judge is right... Beck can disclose this information, if he has it and is telling the truth, to the courts and the defendant and it can be kept out of the public view. True to an extent. I believe April 24th he dropped the story on the 212 3B after an interview he had with someone on his show.. but still 2 days before Drudge was running headlines pointing suspicion to the saudi...
