I can see where you are coming from friend. I know about the unique city states of the City of London (not a part of the UK), Washington DC (not a part of the United States), and The Vatican. That is why America, the United Kingdom and The Vatican RULE THE WORLD... BUT, the Mayor of London has no power whatsoever... it is simply a symbolic position to make Londoners fell that they have more power than they actually do.

However, The Pope and the American President DO have real power.

In the UK Christianity is at the very heart of schools, just as it was when I was at school. Hyms are sung by pupils every morning in assembly and prayers are also said. According to my niece, EVERYTHING is Christian in British schools. She comes home singing hyms and praying for her friends. It;s all GOOD, maybe because here there is no separation of Church and State... the Queen being the symbolic "Defender of the Faith" (Christianity). The UK is still a Christian Nation and it always be if our schools today are anything to go by.

I have a Philosophy & Religion University degree, so have studied all 5 of the Worlds Religions in depth. I've read and studied the Holy Bible, the Indian Hindu Vedas, the Buddhist Scriptures... AND the Muslim Koran. It is a relatively short book and code of conduct compared to the other World Religions.

The Koran calls Jews, Christians and Muslims "the people of the book", and then attacks them for having no proof. Yes, men are vastly superior to women (but that belief is true of ALL religions because they are viewed as spiritually undeveloped when compared with men), so a man can beat and rape his wife and even kill if she commits adultery - similar to the Jewish Law of Moses found in the Torah. Homosexuals are to be killed, those who steal to have their hands cut off, and any infidel to be converted to Islam... and if they refuse they are to be beheaded or murdered with the blessing of Allah.

The ONLY part of studying Islam was the part of Mohammed receive the Koran from the Angel Gabriel in a cave; the exact same Angel Gabriel who told the shepherds of the Saviours birth in Bethlehem.

So how did this good Angel turn into such an "evil" Angel? It always interested me.

Islam is a modern reflection and shadow of the Dark Ages. While other Religions "upgraded", Islam remained medieval.
Saying that, I don't know any Muslims at all. I live in Northern England and not the capital London. All of my fiends are white Secularists or white Christians. I didn't plan it that way, it is just that the demographics of my region contain many white British folk. Not many Black folk either at all.

The UK is still overwhelmingly British.
