Soo, the next question would be, would anyone interested in this kinda fingers be better off starting their own motion or whut...assuming that there are many others well versed in this and have their own machinations underway for a nebulous good for all (i.e. Moses type led CT doing the high-level negotiations), because convincing 7 billion people to clue up is horribly inefficient to say the least...
