13-Year-Old Boy Commits Suicide After Saying School ‘Didn’t Do Anything’ to Stop His Bullies

I was bullied in school. Mostly jocks. I'd tell the teachers and principals, they never did anything about it. I fought back I had no choice. After awhile they finally left me alone. My temper was really bad. I didn't hurt anyone really bad but I had to try maby more than others to keep the temper under control. I graduated btw but I never want to shoot up a school or blow one up.

Now I see what kids go through in school it makes me sick to my stomach. The hypocrisy of no child left behind. It's BS. When kids are aloud to be bullied they are left behind.

This is a huge problem and It Is The Governments Fault! Get Them Out of the School System. They Have Destroyed the education system.

In my day, everybody dealt with bullies. You just fought back and eventually they would leave you alone.

Too many kids nowadays have been conditioned to NEVER fight back and just take the abuse. Those are the ones that snap and usually end up killing themselves or others.

Sometimes you gotta fight. That's just life.

Yes! The conditioning Not to fight back! That's what they taught me. Even my parents tried to teach. I followed the instructions for awhile. I realized that those instructions are BullShit. I'd not fight back I'd tell the teachers. The bullying got worse cause now I was A snitch on top of whatever else I was accused of. The bullying stopped when I fought back.

This fucking policy of "don't fight back, tell the teachers" came from Government control over the schools. And what hinders the teachers and principals actually punishing bullies is government policy! Government can't do anything right. They have fucked this country up. To large and micromanaging every facet of the country. Now I believe we need government but it's way to big out of control. And now they trying to take over police departments across the country! Unbelievable! Just look at our education system to know how that WILL end up

It is a sad story, but it also has a moral. It is our responsibility to stand up for ourselves. If not, why would anyone else do it?

Maybe it's time to bring the Bible back into schools then because this humanism garbage isn't working.

Everyone gets bullied. But with the current evilution scam and the humanism crap they push, people are just the product of billions of years of "accidents" and are no better off than a bug or a bird - life has no meaning and therefore if your life sucks, just end it.

Whatever. I told my kid not to worry about the 'zero tolerance bullsh*t'. If somebody punches him, he has every right to defend himself and i'll deal with the school.

Zero policy Did Not Work in my day and does not work today! Your Defending Garbage! Absolute Fucking Garbage! Oh I get it you went to private school where Government doesn't have much control. Where teachers/principals are not stopped from punishing bullies by government policy. Go to public school and see what you get. It's not the same!

I was a fat kid with no social skills and if it wasn't for the bullies, I would still be a fat kid with no social skills. They forced me to get past my fear and to not be a pussy. This kid that killed himself did the world a favor. I am glad he didn't get the chance to spread his genes.

He's already graduated. He got into a few fights in middle school, but nothing serious.

Times may change, but kids don't. There will always be bullies. It's the parents responsibility to teach their kid that it's ok to stand up for yourself.

^^^This is true. When my son was in high school, students were told that ALL involved parties get arrested. Period. They are not allowed to defend themselves. I don't know how my son survived the invasion of the hostile darkies that took over his school, either. The police were at his school regularly. It's no longer an education system.

Ohh bullshit, i fought back against bullies, punching, kicking people in the face, chasing them down & kicking the shit out of them on the ground, seems the people bullying me got enojoyment from my violent outbursts & enjoyed being a bit ruffed up....

What eventually stopped people bullying me was when i was in high school & realized i had a large IQ advantage over these people & their attempts at trying to make me look stupid blew up in their face & they quickly learnt thier attempts to look like the bigger man was backfiring & they looked like fucking losers.

Adding that my son's school became a holding tank for future felons. The students wearing ankle bracelets were proud of this testament to their "time served."

Me too! My daughter has a really good reputation, too. Not a known instigator. Just recently though, I told her if a mob of black girls come after her let them get a fewin first and scream racist and hate crime. Then kick the shit out of them.

When I was growing up, if the bullies didn't stop, then your older brother, father (or even sister or mother) would handle the situation.... My cousin was being picked on by a bully, and it persisted, the school did nothing about it, so one day my uncle and cousin went over to the bullies house and my uncle beat the poop out of the bullies father and my cousin then beat the poop out of the bully.... Problem solved!!! He was never bullied again... This is how you handle bullies on the local and international stage!!! (not by doing some PC crap intervention)

This is exactly the right and only solution, it worked then and it works now.

Fighting is needed in life, not being allowed to fight results in soft minded fools.

Not being allowed to fight as children means when soldiers or adults see actual fights or violence, their soft minds and feelings can't take it and they spend the rest of their lives with PTSD and many end up killing themselves.

Victimized women and men (and children) need to learn to face their fears by learning to hit in the face until it submits to their will, not hide behind rules or drugs so reality of life cannot get to them.
