White Man's Burden

Take up the White Man's burden--
Send forth the best ye breed--
Go, bind your sons to exile
To serve your captives' need;
To wait, in heavy harness,
On fluttered folk and wild--
Your new-caught sullen peoples,
Half devil and half child.

To veil the threat of terror

To seek another's profit

This poem by Kipling exposes the futility of trying to help the 'savages'. You will expend all your energy, money and health (and possibly die) and it's all for naught.
You can't straighten what God has made crooked and the DNA of the black man is crooked as sin.
