2 major events will happen between now and that date:

a major market crash, beginning in Europe with the failure of a major banking institution and cascading downwards

a significant public figure will come forward to disclose information about the Satanic Elite and their practices, including significant proof, that the mainstream media will be unable to cover up or ignore. this is currently in the works. my understanding is that it involves someone in the UK. by mid October this will cause so much outrage there will be mass protests in the street-think Belgiums "White March" during the Dutroux cover up.
