Code 291 !!! is a code that Swedish police use to hide migrants criminal activities in Sweden.

It's funny how goverments reluctantly warn citizens about potential dangers overseas but fail to warn about dangers within thier own borders. I wonder how many police, judges, social workers, politicians ect have been involved in putting children into care knowing damm well that these care homes were/are nothing but abuse factories.
