Being Intelligent is not the end all and be all for a leader.
They need to have a good Heart and NOT Worship Satan.
They need to care about ALL People, even those who they do not represent.
Bush and Obama feigned belief in Jesus Christ, but by their fruits it is plain they do not Follow Jesus Christ.
