What is the obligation that binds you to perform/conform to the system?

Where is the contract?

Does the system have one or more of the following in place, behind closed doors?

1. A commercial lien against your JURISTIC PERSON?

2. Any type of a current, valid caveat over YOUR TRUST?

3. Any form of other encumbrance applied to YOUR BOND?

What is your true and proper name?

What is CONSTRUCTIVE FRAUD?

What is a STATUTORY JURISDICTION?

What is SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION?

What would a 'political determination' have to do with court proceedings?

What is 'cargo', or 'chattel'?
