I'm a gun owner and not a pot smoker....so is this problem...

1. Federally pot is illegal, no matter what purpose, and

2. By state, pot with a medical card is legal

and....

states with medical pot cards are reporting card holders to a state database and federal database?

and people ask me why, living in NV, i refuse to get a card and be 'legal'.

this is reason #2.

reason #1 is that I'm an adult and I no longer have to ask mommy's and daddy's permission to do what i want.

Here in Oregon, it's quite economical to get a card (costs me around $200 for one-and-a-half pounds a year). Tomorrow, I plan to attempt to buy a gun at my local walmart (where I have before). Will report back to GLP!

Hi, it's me. Had no problem buying a gun today at walmart. No coaching necessary, answered all questions honestly of course, including 11e. They had this .22 on sale for $99 ($265 list) [link to www.savagearms.com]
In, out in no time, ready to plink. And oh yeah, I have a "card".

You just committed a federal firearms offense punishable by 20 years in prison. You then posted about it on a public forum full of government trolls. You are a special kind of stupid.

And you didn't see this coming? Next will be anyone that is taking certain "legal" medication. All you folk that have ever taken anti-depressants better buy your guns now.

What's the difference between a drunk with a gun or a stoner with a gun? The drunk is far more dangerous.

Doesn't anybody feel that all these killers should be killed, and all these healers should be healed, so all of these beggars can be filled...

9th Circuit. Need I say more?

They believe that you have no right to own a firearm.

Enter the country illegally? OK
Shoot heroin? OK.
Proclaim the destruction of the USA? OK
Kill an unborn human? OK
Rape a child? OK.

Mistake someone's imagined gender status? Incarceration.
Say the Pledge of Allegiance in public? Incarceration.
Demand that your government adhere to the Constitution? Death penalty.

How about driving a car?

I bet the 9th circuit will allow medical marijuana users to do anything except buy guns.
