Wernher von Braun's Warning And Dick Allgire's Remote Viewing - Is It Time to Start the Asteroid Threat?

What was most interesting to me was a repetitive sentence that he said to me over and over again during the approximately four years that I had the opportunity to work with him. He said the strategy that was being used to educate the public and decision makers was to use scare tactics. That was how we identify an enemy.

The strategy that Wernher von Braun taught me was that first the Russians are going to be considered to be the enemy. In fact, in 1974, they were the enemy, the identified enemy. We were told that they had "killer satellites". We were told that they were coming to get us and control us, that they were "Commies".

Then terrorists would be identified, and that was soon to follow. We heard a lot about terrorism.

Then we were going to identify third-world country "crazies". We now call them Nations of Concern. But he said that would be the third enemy against whom we would build space-based weapons.

The next enemy was asteroids. Now, at this point he kind of chuckled the first time he said it. Asteroids, against asteroids we are going to build space-based weapons.

And the funniest one of all was what he called aliens, extraterrestrials. That would be the final scare. And over and over and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving speeches for him, he would bring up that last card... "And remember Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie."

A kinetic bombardment or a kinetic orbital strike is the hypothetical act of attacking a planetary surface with an inert projectile, where the destructive force comes from the kinetic energy of the projectile impacting at very high velocities. The concept originated during the Cold War.

The typical depiction of the tactic is of a satellite containing a magazine of tungsten rods and a directional thrust system. When a strike is ordered, the satellite would brake one of the rods out of its orbit and into a suborbital trajectory that intersects the target. The rod picks up speed as it approaches periapsis and the target due to gravity, picking up immense speed until it begins decelerating in the atmosphere and reaches terminal velocity shortly before impact. The rods would typically be shaped to minimize air resistance and maximize terminal velocity. In science fiction, the weapon is often depicted as being launched from a spaceship, instead of a satellite.

Kinetic bombardment has the advantage of being able to deliver projectiles from a very high angle at a very high speed, making them extremely difficult to defend against. In addition, projectiles would not require explosive warheads, and in the simplest designs would consist entirely of solid metal rods, giving rise to the common nickname "Rods from God". Disadvantages include the technical difficulties of ensuring accuracy and the prohibitively high costs of positioning ammunition in orbit.

The Outer Space Treaty prohibits weapons of mass destruction in orbit or outer space. However, the Outer Space Treaty only prohibits nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons. Since the most common form of kinetic ammunition is inert tungsten rods, in most cases, kinetic bombardment remains legal.

he combines land and structures and sees a grid, a pretty good-sized urban area with a lot of buildings, one of the structures is domed but he isn't saying that it is the US Capitol, a lot of places have domed buildings, he sees bigger buildings, some of the buildings are pretty tall, they have been impacted, buildings have glass blown out, damaged by the shockwave, the large round devastated area is next to these buildings, some of the buildings are buckled, enough force to cause structural damage to some of the taller buildings, certainly glass blown out, shards of glass, blastwave broke all the glass out of the buildings, buildings are not so damaged further away, there is big damage in the rounded area, feels like America but he doesn't know where, not sure about that, city sounds, traffic, urban sounds, horrific booming sound, secondary destruction sounds, crashing, glass breaking, things falling, significant urban area, a city, it was very hot in the devastated area, still residual heat in there, still giving off heat and off-gassing all kinds of foul stuff

he sees streaking motion energy and explosive energy, he looks at those two type of energies differently at different times...

first energy, an interesting view, looks like curve of the Earth, thin line of atmosphere, land masses but can't tell what part of the Earth, looks like planet Earth, energetic streak coming through the atmosphere, really fast, supersonic, thousands of miles an hour, so fast it's heating the air, causing plasma in front of it, energy feels kinetic, tremendous force, comes from up above the atmosphere down and impacts, sound of ripping air, roaring, sizzling, hissing, radio voices, trips alarms, voices start speaking about it, it's all happening very fast

second energy, same event, sees horizon and outward expanding explosion, searing hot molten plasma in the center, symmetrical shockwaves, not conventional nuclear explosion, feels more kinetic, some kind of exotic energy, can't really get a handle on it, it streaks in and comes out symmetrically, very symmetrical energy

more about the structures, one structure in particular, a significant structure gets buckled (looks like a World Trade Center style skyscraper)

as this high energy thing comes in it trips an alarm system, there is some system that he doesn't understand, not like in the old days, cell phones start buzzing, communication devices start getting triggered, alert goes out through computer systems, alarm has been tripped simultaneously all over the place, it happens very fast and then people are alerted to it, some of the people are in a structure that is like a bunker, very well reinforced, like Cheyenne Mountain but more high tech, big screens and displays, consoles with a lot of people, desks, one guy in particular is looking at a screen, very intent, another alert comes in and his head whips around, something even more important gets his attention, these people are hectic and frightened but they stay professional, they have trained for this kind of situation, they know what to do and follow the plan, there is stuff going off on the screens, alerts coming, people are demanding information, they want more information, this happened so unexpectedly, they didn't have a warning, everything was going normal until the sensors and alarms were triggered by this event, very serious and frightening, they are struggling to maintain professionalism, raised voices, urgent talking, professional but very urgent

wider outside view, water, a bay, land, many structures, urban area, a lot of land, above this a mushroom cloud, doesn't want to say it's a nuclear mushroom cloud but it has some of those characteristics, it's thousands of feet high, looming over the horizon and the buildings, he sees it in the distance, he sees colorful sunsets, like those caused by Mount Pinatubo eruption in the '90s, these sunsets can be seen from a wide area, maybe even around the globe

looking in closer at that cityscape, buildings, roadway, many people in the street, all running in one direction, like a bad scene from a disaster movie, kinda reminiscent of 9/11 but more like a cliche movie scene, these people are terrified, they don't know what it is, they are in outright panic

he sees other people, human forms, they are not intact bodies, embedded, entombed, fused, these people are fused into the land or the structure or whatever this was, they are fused into it, it's like those bodies you see in Pompeii, it's not quite like that but similar, frozen, fused into this material, human remains, death, this is a bad thing

draws a TV screen, breaking news, live broadcast from the White House, president Obama speaking in the Oval Office, trying to reassure us, telling us what has been going on, everybody is watching, come together, we will get through this, he is not telling us the whole truth, he is withholding information, he can't tell us everything he knows about it but he needs to be upfront and have one of those moments

You know I got to say... that I hope I'm making this up... A remote viewer can get off track and we are doing this public demonstration and certainly it's getting a lot of attention... In a sense there is too much front-loading to this cause we know it's gonna be news event, we know it's gonna be something dramatic... It's very easy, very possible for a remote viewer to take a wrong turn, get an idea and then follow imagination and create this and actually create the visuals and create the sensory data in your own mind... It can happen and I hope this happened here. There is another possibility we should bring up because we are doing very public demonstrations and getting a lot of attention and maybe... you know this could be a mask. I haven't seen any work from any other viewers on this target, so I'm kind of out on my own limb right now... I'm on my own tightrope... I don't know if they are getting anything like this. It's possible this could be imagination, it could be a mask or elements of it could be true. It looks like a big event and I hope, I hope it's not like I'm seeing, sincerely but here it is, I don't know if we even gonna publish this. If we publish this... hey I'll take the blame if it is wrong... happens sometimes... So that's it, that's a wild one man... I hope this doesn't happen.
