Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, 347 U.S. 483 (1954)
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72392264 You do realize that was overruled in part by Milliken v. Bradley, 418 U.S. 717 (1974) don't you? That's why you don't get have busing between school districts. (They talk about Brown in all the schools, the press, etc. But it was slapped down over 40 years ago!) And I don't think either one applies to college education.
