It's just a lens flare. The quality of the image is not sufficient to determine whether it's in front of the wire or not. Likewise, even with high resolution it looks like the bird is in front of the filter flare seen in this video, yet it clearly is not when I place my hand in front of it.

A wire clearly in front of the object and still it's a lens flare, even though the sun is no where near it. I say troll.

Isn't there a way to track it with your telescopes at your disposal? You say it's not there, point a telescope at it and prove it.

Track what, a lens flare? Give me coordinates or orbital elements to point at and I'll gladly point at it. Otherwise there's nothing to point at.

Meanwhile a very real asteroid (about 10 meters wide, give or take) is about to miss the earth's south pole by less than the distance to the satellite which provides you with your DirecTV, but none of you noticed because you're too busy being distracted by lens flare bullshit.
