Just researching and found this tidbit from wiki leaks email of Hillary reading study of Decision Fatigue....not looking good with her illness and other unknown ailments could this be a indirect way of finding a understanding to her current issue of not being decisive enough.... not a attribute you would want of a leader especially in this day in age in USA
