Has anyone cured candida yeast overgrowth successfully? (white thrushed tongue, fissured tongue)

high fructose corn syrup and sugar feed it and then the overgrowth happens on the tongue and back of throat. stop consuming those and use things like lemon juice and peppers for a while.

Today marks my 7th day since starting turpentine. I have definitely seen an improvement in my mornings I can actually wake up and feel okay.

There are still problems sometimes with eating & getting brain fog, however I am also taking antifungals alongside the turpentine so I'm waiting to see how this resolves over another 1-2 weeks.

So far "stupid is as stupid does" feels more like a shill response to this stuff.

I will not state emphatically that it works. I will only state that so far, in my limited experience, turpentine has only helped to alleviate my symptoms. Let's see if it can actually make a difference in the long run.

Oil of Oregano capsules once or twice a week. Follow with activated charcoal and probiotics or fermented food. It will work if you are 100% consistent. Peppermint oil on the surface (like your feet). Avoid sugars and carbs.

I used to do nystatin and raw garlic and fought a losing battle. Oil of Oregano weekly made the difference.

I'm not sure why so many GLPers eat so healthy and take such good care of their bodies.

It doesn't have to be a prison. There are plenty of ways of overcoming it. If you believe that there is no way, then you are only defeating yourself before you even engage in the battle. This is worse than fighting the battle and losing. Giving up because something seems hopeless does not get you out of this prison. Only be overcoming the circumstances and ascending above the hopelessness and oppressors will you ever be free of this realm. It only seems hopeless because you are probably so toxified by modern diet and contaminates in food that your brain isn't working properly. Myself and others have had this all cleared out before. The secret to it is that there is supposed to be Candida in your body, but not outside of your intestines. There is no "curing" it as it is not a virus. It has a purpose as does most things in life and the trick to getting the symptoms gone is to have it serve its purpose by balancing everything in your life.

Gentian violet works. It can be bought from an old school pharmacy or via Amazon, no script required. Walmart, CVS, etc. don't sell it anymore.

Definitely not immediate however I have been consuming this frequently. 3x a day at least a tbsp per serving.

I think it's helping, although I've been taking so many other things I cannot positively define what's helping the most.

My girlfriend had all kinds of chronic candida rashes from the time she was young.

She cured hers completely with Borax internally not externally. She would put about a teaspoon in a liter of water and drink about 2-3 teaspoons of the water concentrate 2-3 times daily.

It is now completely gone but she still uses some borax daily. Search for borax and conspiracy you should find some information from a guy in Australia but the stuff really works. You will likely experience a detox reaction to the borax as it helps with detoxing heavy metals and fluoride.

I felt pretty crappy and had muscle aches and pains as I was detoxing which took about 2-3 weeks total. Now I feel fine.

Someone else mentioned Lugol's iodine which I would also suggest but the detox from that and the borax might be a lot at one time.

You're part of a great community right here. GLP is the most lucid community I have ever encountered, which is why I stay. So far, it is the only place I have ever encountered where facts and logic aren't attacked by brainwashed social status quo enforcing zombies.

Please be careful mixing antifungals with any other chemical protocol like turpentine. Antifungals are very hard on the liver. Turpentine is too.

I drink 6-8 bottles of water daily and I've pretty much never consumed any alcohol in my life. I have faith my liver can handle this, or if I start having trouble I'll know to back down.

I also take milk thistle/molybdenum per many recommendations from other ppl who suggest these two supplements can help the liver.

So far the past few mornings have been noticeably better. This is consistent enough for me to say that I am seeing improvements in my condition.

I still get brainfog frequently after eating but it's also somewhat reduced.

This will be my 2nd week on turpentine pushing four days/wk, then dropping to 3 days/wk and ultimately resolving at 2 days/wk until the symptoms are completely gone. No major die-off effects but those mostly happened for me earlier before I ever got the turps.

Not sure if this will help anyone else with a similar problem but let it be known I was quite skeptical of this whole thing. I still don't even really believe I have a fungal overgrowth, I just know there's something wrong with my gut flora and this routine is fixing it(IMO)

Grats on your progress. Keep it up. once you're past the brain fog and your upper sinuses clear out, you see the world in an entirely new light. It is completely worth it. Just a heads up though. IRL (outside the internet) with people you meet, it's probably best not to bring up the topic with them so much. I made that mistake a lot. What happened is people would intentionally bring up the bad foods a lot. Once I made a lot of progress things were great, until people learned why. I was just trying to share good news with people in the hopes they could also improve their health. unfortunately, to most you just make yourself a target. At least that's what happened to me. Pizza became an every day thing and I caved after a while. It sucks to have to work in a place that smells like pizza and all sorts of things you love, but can't eat all the time. As I'm going through it this time I'm keeping my mouth shut about it with people at work. You may be stronger than I am in that sense, but that was my downfall the first time around. Lesson learned.

I just remember how shitty I felt 1mo ago and that keeps me going. I never want to ever feel that way again for the rest of my life, even if that requires lifetime asceticism with zero sugar/carbs I'm okay with that.

Sounds good. I'll be in and out at times too. I really helps to have someone to speak with who understands these things and the challenges that come with it. 1.5% Hydrogen Peroxide mouth-wash /gargle / tooth brush twice a week works great to keep the teeth clean, tongue pink, kill bacteria in gums and bad breath.

So true, It is hard to get the information to others. They tend to put it in the IMO category and ignore you.

They have spent no time finding the truth but they know what you have to say is not worth believing. They will just have too suffer from their own ignorance.
