Is the name YHWH a blind to fool people as in occultism?

Suppose the true name of G-d isn't YHWH at all. Suppose that the use of YHWH is another way to fool people into chasing after the wrong name of G-d. What is isn't YHWH after all or any of it's derivatives? In occultism there are "blinds" to mislead those non-initiated into the mysteries.
