You asked me what I had done to them and that someone was going to deliberately break a water pipe and take out some overhead lights. This happened Sat. night. (But the lights are OK now, I think.)

In your Mike_ thread, you got the ethnicity correct and what I could do to foil their listening device, even the right place to put a radio.

I don't know how to proceed with people like this; unfortunately they are "in charge" (condo bd prez, mng agent, supt, etc.). The bldg. is being used as a piggy bank via their deliberate property destruction.

Do you get anything besides their anger towards me, which is really irrational given the imbalance of balance? Thank you.
