I tried mozarella and muenster. very good It made me think about all those plain grilled cheese sandwiches I put up with over the years. never again Oh, and I got a tip to butter the inside of the bread,too. smooth taste any other ideas?

I pour olive oil in the pan then lay the bread on it (only oil the one side). Then I put on a layer of sliced tomatoes, then slices of feta cheese. Season with some garlic powder (not garlic salt). Yum!

My rule is to make sure your filling,(slice of ham, thin sliced tomato etc.) is between the cheese. Put cheese on both slices of bread then lay filling in so cheese will melt over both sides.Enjoy!
