that was questionable at best too. Comey interpreted the "meaning" of the law even though the legislators disagreed and informed that was not the intention.

He interpreted the meaning and then gave a recommendation to the DOJ when it is not part of his SOP?!

the order to give the documents to the public I think is illegal. you can give it to congress, not the public. if congress wants the public to know they're acting too damn fast. it's a nasty image, congress and hillary's emails in a car on a cliff under the moonlight.

wouldn't everybody in congress be breaking some sort of national security priority to disclose all the emails to the public? the snakes are going to have a feast on the congress then. there's a reason why some people say 'no'.

There's got to be somebody with the needed boldness & moxie to step up and charge them with whatever. Maybe find a judge, get a grand jury together?

What are the consequences of ignoring that subpoena? (I know, an ordinary person would be jailed) but what could happen in this instance? Is the FBI magically or legally immune?

Realistically, what would happen if Congress released the unclassified emails to the public? Would sure put pressure on a lot of deserving snakes. So what if it is "illegal"? There's none of those creeps who hasn't done things that are MORE illegal. Congress could 'leak' them to the public--it could happen; people get hacked all the time.
