Best grounding surfaces are green healthy grass or moss.

Intermediate solution for the shoe/footwear industry:

The inner sole in contact with the sole of the foot:
A conductive wire mesh, covered with a thin layer of porous conductive rubber. Made conductive with activated carbon produced out of peat. Never ever use carbon made out of soot, like in rubber tires, it will give you cancer.
You can make activated carbon out of wood or bamboo, acceptable but not perfect.

The bottom sole made in the same way, but non porous, and both connected with a very flexible multi stranded wire.

The end result would still look like you want it to be, from classic leather to a modern sneaker.

Well no wonder I don't dream and I wake up a couple different times a night.

I am up between 6 and 7 every morning. I'm going to start sitting outside then. I usually sit here and read some then walk the dog. I'll start doing that outside instead.

I'll report back if or when I notice a difference.

Sorry I didn't respond sooner...was in total survival mode for awhile there before I posted the hopes song ...husband was hospitalized but is home now....touch of pneumonia and stomach bug...Was in touch with Yendor and Grumpier while he was in the ER, as was feasible....he's home ....

Then had to go to help daughter move from the third floor (no elevator) to a second floor house...longest driving in downpours on the highway up and back...3 hrs up...3 hrs (a little less maybe) 3 hrs back, again in the rain on the highway at night...next day had to do some heavy physical work here at the house ....was going to post that day but blew out a tire on the way home..made it home and got it replaced, but didn't feel like posting...then been doing housework and cleaned out the SUV, etc, just life...

Spending more time with husband even when he sleeps which is a lot...it's hard to convey what's it's like to care for your husband who can't eat or do other normal physical things, and most people who knew us back 23 years ago would have been certain we would never have have lasted this long, too incompatible, and we did separate for about 4 months when our daughter was a child...but somehow we stayed together...life (and equally important) love found a way....

Yendor and more Grumpier know about other challenges in my life that I can't share without revealing too much about myself...as far as work especially,...

Know I check here as often as I can and that you all are in my thoughts and prayers....hope I can share better news soon, but we are still here and sending blessings to you all!

Or in my case, near-sightedness. Still practicing seeing auras consistently.

Yep, its a different way of seeing. I can see the auras of trees and plants if i concentrate, but not always people or animals. i should practice more.
