My plea is to all - Grumpier, Angel's, JJ and Yendor who have all helped so much in the past. Is there any way we can just shut this illness down, once and for all. Compared to 2 years ago when I first asked for healing on this thread, I am like night and day, I am not bed ridden anymore, however, I am no where near normal or what I was years ago and I am only 58. These things cause me to isolate and not be able to communicate or be around people because it drains my energy even more. As a result, I don't take care of my personal needs, my house is a disaster and I have things I would like to do with my life. I generally put the needs of others ahead of mine and no one understands my symptoms. It is very frustrating. I really just want to be better. I'm sorry you have to go though that but I believe God will help you come out better and stronger. Caregivers are truly heroes although society does not recognize that. What helped my cfs is one raw garlic clove daily and one drop of nascent iodine in the morning not more than twice a week. And a plant based diet with lots of greens and fruit. The iodine can cause a detox so if you find yourself irritable or depressed cut back and drink a lot of water. And don't take at night or you will have too much energy. The garlic kills bad bacteria, yeast and parasites. Take with god to avoid stomach upset and bad taste. I said a prayer for you also. Best wishes, www Thank you so much White Wolf - I will start on the garlic, I do take the Nascent iodine, however, I have forgetten the last few weeks. I will start again now. Thank you so much again for caring and offering suggestions!! I truly believe cfs is viral. I improved a lot following the medical medium. His web site has a lot of free info but it's basically plant based lower fat, avoid gluten, red meat dairy, soy and especially eggs, as they feed viruses. This heals the liver. And I find I do better on less supplements because the liver has to work to process them too. The recipes are tasty but I do miss eggs and dairy. But I no longer have adrenal fatigue. My youngest has been diagnosed with Mesenteric Lymphadenitis. It was my day on Thursday she was running a fever and vomiting. My ex didn't take her to the Dr so I did. After an ultra sound and cat scan they found out why she was feeling so bad. I have an appointment at John Hopkins for her on Tuesday to see a specialist. Can you believe I had to get permission from the lawyers for that? Under normal circumstances people that have this don't develope a problem however since there is history of severe intestinal problems in my family she definitely needs to be checked. My ex thinks it's in her head. That there's nothing really wrong with her. Him acting this way is just another reason why I need to have custody back. If he can't even acknowledge the fact there is something wrong how is he going to take care of her? Angels please protect and heal my baby girl. Please help any reading this thread. I think this is also the reason why a lot of us feel the need to pay attention what happens in this world, of crisis, wars and doom! Just look at all the threats about syria, urkaine and whatnot. Do we do this because we love them? And loving a bad person does not mean to spare him the rewards that he deserve, or i'd say what his soul expects this, graves for this. So smash him into the face, not because you hate him, but because you love him. So to disregard and to ingore all this in this sense is rather bad - not evil or sinful, but it gives room to light-lessness which is just the first step into darkness... You know that we have a second brain in our butt. The reason for her ailment might be purely psycho-somatic. I do know about psycho-somatic effects. Whenever I'm in stress or must bear bad or even traumatic news triggers my neurodermitic skin. I think it affects her, because being with him might stress her, at least on a subconsciouness level.
