I truly believe cfs is viral. I improved a lot following the medical medium. His web site has a lot of free info but it's basically plant based lower fat, avoid gluten, red meat dairy, soy and especially eggs, as they feed viruses. This heals the liver. And I find I do better on less supplements because the liver has to work to process them too. The recipes are tasty but I do miss eggs and dairy. But I no longer have adrenal fatigue. Now I just do the garlic, iodine and a histamine lowering probiotic.
