ho hoooo.....years ago the PAIN was intolerable popping etc,& as i do have a history of ruptured ear drums--that crap is UNREAL,went to be seen by an ENT guy & he easily states"TMJ" & proves it by a placement of his hands--omg i wanted to kick his @rse-extremE pain--then he furthered the problem by feeling/listening w/the stethescope & says arthritis,can hear the bone to bone--& to try & keep it quiet,basics like motrin,acetominiphen-application heat & cold--so i found out wth that was about-was again confirmed via a routine dental visit w/xrays-but the inner ear fluid problems were also explained being due to the TMJ/crappy alignment causing the build up--i found on utube,motivational doc/alan mandell,chiropractor-who does not sell a thing-gives instructional videos -of course WITH DISCLAIMER-and has good reviews- when u have the time,check him & the reviews out....& be careful w/the balance situation.
